OCDI Holds Internal Capacity Building Workshop to Strengthen Organizational Systems

To strengthen internal systems and improve team efficiency, Olive Community Development Initiative (OCDI) organized a two-day internal capacity building workshop for staff on the 4th and 5th of February 2025.

The first day of the workshop focused on organizational policy awareness, accountability, and best practices in NGO administration. Safe Space Manual Development Workshop

On February 11, 2025, a key meeting took place between the Implementing Partner (IP) and the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) Team to discuss community engagement strategies.
